The NDIA defines recovery as achieving an optimal state of personal, social and emotional wellbeing, as defined by each individual, whilst living with or recovering from a mental health condition.” (NDIS)

Recovery Coaching helps individuals with psychosocial disability identify and achieve personal goals. They work with the individual to build a recovery plan, engage in NDIS and mainstream services to support their mental health recovery.

Along the journey, the coach helps the person recognise their strengths, empowering them to take control of their own life.

Support Coordination provides assistance to strengthen your abilities to connect you with mainstream, NDIS funded supports. We work with you to plan and coordinate your service delivery to achieve your goals.

Your Support Coordinator collaborates with the participant to identify their needs, access appropriate supports, engage with the community, and enhance their ability to manage their NDIS plan.

With expertise in the NDIS and its procedures, our Support Coordinators provides valuable advice and assistance. I can assist you in obtaining the appropriate reports for plan reviews, ensuring you receive the funding required to lead your ideal life.
